The Ballito Neighbourhood Watch (BNW) is a voluntary, community based organisation assisting residents to protect themselves and their properties. It aims to reduce the fear of crime by means of an active, visible citizen presence, improved home security tips, greater vigilance, accurate reporting of suspicious incidents and crime, and fostering a community spirit by increasing crime prevention awareness.
The BNW is supported in their efforts by the SAPS, the CPF, local authorities and security service providers.
